No Excuse in law : Its equal and important for all
Implication of law, these two words may strike fear in minds of many people. But, the truth is that the law is not implicated to create fear or scare people, it is in place as a basis for society. Our law and law enforcement are the primary building blocks on which various or all the functions are built place. It regulates protocol at all places. Despite the claims of some pretenders - economics, psychology, sociology, and few others- the law is ultimately the pre-eminent social science. The way in which we live is structured by law, what and who will define as deviant the way in which we treat the environment.
We all have a stake in the legal process, as it is ultimately the law that defines civilization. Constructing a building is a complex technical as well as legal project. Consequently, architectural and engineering practice increasingly demands a sound understanding of planning and commercial law issue. In order to proceed up in one's suit with confidence, one needs to understand the legal responsibility and consequences of his practice.
Provided that until the first Council is constituted, the Central Government shall, before, issuing any notification as aforesaid, consult an expert committee consisting of three members to be appointed by the Central Government by notification in the official Gazette.

The President, the Vice-President and other members of the Council shall be entitled to such fees and allowances as the Council may, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, fix in this behalf.
